KKRUNCH 1 is here!!!
I haven’t been commenting as much as usual this week because I’ve been locked up in KK Towers, putting together the first of my monthly KKRUNCH mixes… First off, click HERE to download it (right-click and ’save as’ to download it). Trust me, you DO want to download this!
Every track was posted on DT in January 08, with the exception of Hazmat’s track that is top of the chart right now (it missed by a day), but he sent it to me in January, so it counts. I’m not suggesting that these mixes are the ‘best of’ the month, because there are so damn many tracks going up each day that I doubt anyone could really say they have checked them all properly. It’s just a collection of tracks that I’ve been feeling this month and that fitted in the mix. There are tracks that you know and tracks you almost certainly slept on; old cats and new cats, a couple of dogs and at least one snake.
I’ll probably mix it up a little over the coming months, link up with other people, have themed mixes, but for now this is just my hot list for January. Also, some of the tracks have been cut down or edited, and I hope artists don’t mind. A few MCs will be pissed that I cut their verse, but I had to keep tracks tight and short. If you’re upset cos you aren’t on there, go tell ya mom and tell her to call me. Again.
