OMG, Dopetracks is 1 year old!
We’ve been so busy down at the DT labs… we forgot about our own birthday.
On April 3rd 2007 Dopetracks Beta opened up to the world. Little did we know that 1 year later out little experiment would turn into this – a living, breathing, vibrant community of over 50,000 talented emcees, producers, and hip hop fans.
We have no one to thank but YOU.
Our dedicated members. You ARE Dopetracks.
To show off our gratitude we’ve created a one-of-a-kind poster that symbolizes the true meaning of the first year of Dopetracks. The result is a poster made up entirely of your names.
Yes, the name of every producer and emcee who ever got a dope point in the first year of Dopetracks is on the poster. In addition, the size and color of your name reflects your level of dopeness as well as your time on the site. (So, for example, a large name that is in dark letters is a popular member who has been on the site for a long time. A small name in white letters represents a newer member with less dope points.) Get it?
You can move that magnifying glass around to find your name. Right about now you are probably thinking… how can I get one of these posters? Well.. that’s a great question. Give us your ideas below about what we should do. We have not printed them yet.
The past 12 months have been filled with so much excitement, fun, and satisfaction for us. We have amazing things planned for the near and long-term future of Dopetracks. We only hope that you continue your enthusiasm too and stay with us on this journey.
You know you can’t stop the impossible.
This is only the beginning.

Thanks for the opportunity DT. It’s been one helluva year. I know ya’ll think I fell off the face of the earth or sumthin but I assure you Dub-T is still here. Prepare for the summer of WesTex. Dopetrack Attack is comin ya’ll…Lights, Camera, Action….1hunnid

oh yeah there is alot more westcoast emcee’s on here too, witch I find cool as hell cuz I have been able to meet some pretty cool dudes that are in my area that I plan on drop’n some collabs with….Thanks for that more than anything DT ….PEACE
